As the Department of Business Administration within the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences at Istanbul Nişantaşı University, our mission is to offer undergraduate and graduate programs at international academic standards by nurturing innovative individuals who embody contemporary world standards and universal values. We aim to equip our students with analytical and strategic thinking skills, enabling them to specialize in digital transformation and sustainability and adapt to the evolving global business environment. In this regard, we prioritize developing ethical leadership competencies, strengthening industry-university partnerships based on the principles of collaboration and knowledge-sharing, and establishing sustainable communication networks with alumni and business organizations. In line with the mission of our university, faculty, and department, we aim to provide a learning environment that contributes to society by cultivating tolerant, innovative, entrepreneurial, and participatory individuals.
As the Department of Business Administration, our vision is to become one of the nationaly and internationaly recognized, preferred, and pioneering departments — in line with the educational culture and value-driven approach of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences at Istanbul Nişantaşı University — by training individuals who embrace ethical leadership, are adaptable to digital transformation, and have a high awareness of sustainability. Our primary vision goal is to produce graduates who are capable of strategic thinking, possess strong digital competencies, and are driven by a sense of social responsibility, as demanded by the international business world.
The Business Administration Program at Istanbul Nişantaşı University aims to train the professionals of the future based on positive science. Our department prepares students to make the best use of the innovations and opportunities brought about by the technological revolution, developing their analytical and critical thinking skills through a project-based educational model.
Our vision is to implement an educational model that is integrated with technology, encourages innovation, values entrepreneurship, and embraces digital transformation. As the Business Administration Program, the program educational objectives in line with this vision and mission are as follows:

Graduates of the Department of Business Administration have access to a wide range of career opportunities. Our university's Business Administration Department trains qualified specialists who can work in the accounting, human resources, finance, production, R&D, innovation, marketing, brand management, sales, and other departments of national and international companies — which constitute the most important units of national economies. Our graduates effectively learn the skills required in professional life — such as marketing, sales management, leadership, management, organization, and communication — and can find positions suited to their interests and competencies across a broad spectrum of sectors including commerce, industry, and services.
The Business Administration curriculum is built so that students can benefit from both the theoretical and practical training they receive at every stage of their professional lives after graduation. Our courses include: Introduction to Business Management, Principles of Accounting, Research Methods, Introduction to Economics, Introduction to Law, Business Mathematics, Information and Communication Technologies, Management and Organization, Behavioral Sciences, Microeconomics, Commercial Law, Macroeconomics, Human Resources Management, Organizational Theory and Design, Statistics I/II, Organizational Behavior and Management Psychology, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Organizational Culture, Management Accounting, International Economic Relations, International Business, Production Management and Operations Research, Entrepreneurship, Total Quality Management, Strategic Management and Competition, Corporate Brand Management, and Graduation Project. In addition to these core courses, students are also offered a wide range of elective courses to complete their interdisciplinary education.
